Hello! I’m glad you stopped by Assurance Realty’s page. My name is Angie Worley and I am the Broker/Owner of this amazing brokerage. I have had the privilege to pursue this profession for the last few years and am grateful for all my wonderful clients. I am passionate about helping my buyers find new homes and navigating my sellers through the sometimes-difficult process of leaving theirs. Whether making new memories or fondly remembering the old ones, I am with them every step of the way. The greatest compliment I receive is when I’m told “you made this so easy”. Hello from the Ozark Mountains! I’m Melynni Jolliff, a lifelong resident of southern Missouri. I love to meet new people and more than happy to help you with your real estate goals, whether it is buying your first home, investing in some rental properties or finding your dream home. Navigating through real estate transactions can be challenging but I will do my best to make it as easy and quick as possible.
Before my real estate career, I graduated from MSU and SBU when my sons were small, I taught at West Plains R-7 for a few years until my husband, my two sons and I began operating a custom cabinet shop, which we operated for 30 years. I designed the kitchens and bathrooms and any remodeling of the homes that was required. They would then build and install the cabinets according to those drawings. It was very challenging but very enjoyable to transform an unusable and undesirable space into a very functional and beautiful focal point of the home. The experience of working with our clients to acheive their goals prepared me to be able to help my real estate clients with similar goals.
